Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking a proactive professional to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships for wholesale and correspondent mortgage loans. The role focuses on expanding new business, retaining existing partners, and coordinating with operations to close loans.

Qualifications

• Must have broker/seller relationship experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Experience with FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure a steady flow of loan applications and purchases.
• Advise brokers/sellers of company programs, pricing and submission policies and procedures.
• Train brokers/sellers on online submission systems, AW, rate sheets and lock procedures.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure timely loan closings.
• Manage CRM contacts and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance deadlines for disclosures and notices.
• Manage loan pipeline to meet departmental goals.
