Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending seeks a dynamic professional to develop and maintain broker and seller relationships, driving wholesale and correspondent loan opportunities.

You will act as a bridge between brokers and loan operations, ensuring timely closings and full compliance with lending regulations across multiple programs. A strong sales record and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships.
• Proven ability to set and reach sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.
• Knowledge of purchase transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure steady loan applications and purchases.
• Advise on company programs, pricing, and submission policies.
• Notify brokers/sellers of policy changes.
• Assist brokers/sellers in loan submission processes.
• Train brokers/sellers on online loan submission systems and rate sheets.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure timely closings.
• Meet compliance deadlines and manage pre-disclosures.
