Carrington Wholesale is seeking a senior broker relations professional in the United States to grow and maintain a network of mortgage brokers and sellers. You will manage loan submissions, coordinate with operations, and drive growth across wholesale and correspondent lending.

You will advise on programs, pricing and policies, train partners on submissions, and ensure timely closings while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales performance with broker/seller relationships
• Proven ability to set and reach sales goals
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products
• Knowledge of purchase transactions
• Knowledge of Carrington policies, procedures, guidelines and organization structure
• Knowledge of Carrington’s underwriting guidelines and investor requirements
• Ability to learn quickly and retain Carrington information
• Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate on solutions
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills
• 1–5 years of wholesale/correspondent account executive experience
• Experience selling agency and non-agency loan products
• Experience as a sales representative in mortgage industry

Responsabilités

• Identify, contact and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers
• Maintain broker/seller relationships and ensure steady loan applications
• Advise on Company programs, pricing and submission policies
• Update brokers on policy changes and guidelines
• Assist brokers in loan submission processes
• Train brokers on online systems for submissions and rate sheets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closings
• Ensure compliance deadlines for disclosures and notices
• Maintain CRM contacts and confidentiality
• Work with internal teams to purchase loans timely
• Manage loan pipeline to meet departmental goals
• Provide high level customer service to brokers/sellers
