Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking a dynamic professional to develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and sellers. You will drive new business, adjudicate programs and pricing, and coordinate closely with operations to close loans efficiently.

You will leverage deep knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, and non-agency products, and manage a busy loan pipeline while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires proven sales performance and ability to develop broker/seller relationships.
• Ability to set and meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.
• Understanding of Carrington policies and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships and ensure steady loan applications and purchases.
• Advise brokers/sellers on programs, pricing, and submission policies.
• Assist brokers/sellers in loan submission and use of online systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings.
