Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships and drive mortgage loan opportunities. You will liaise between brokers and loan operations to close wholesale and correspondent loans while adhering to all laws and Carrington policies.

Ideal candidates have proven sales success, in-depth lending product knowledge, and the ability to manage complex processes with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales performance with broker/seller relationships.
• Knowledge of Carrington policies, procedures, guidelines and organization structure.
• Knowledge of Carrington’s underwriting guidelines and investor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Establish broker/seller relationships and ensure steady loan applications/purchases.
• Advise brokers/sellers of Carrington programs, pricing and submission policies.
• Notify brokers/sellers of changes to Carrington policies or procedures.
• Assist brokers/sellers in the loan submission process.
• Train brokers/sellers on online systems for submissions, underwriting, rate sheets and loan locks.
• Coordinate with brokers, processors, underwriters, and closers to ensure timely closings.
• Ensure compliance deadlines for pre-disclosures, approvals, and denials.
• Maintain CRM contacts and customer confidentiality.
• Liaise with Sellers and internal teams to ensure timely loan purchases.
• Manage loan pipeline to meet departmental goals.
• Provide high level customer service to brokers/sellers during the loan process.
