Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending seeks a results-driven Account Executive to cultivate and maintain broker/seller relationships for wholesale and correspondent loans. You will coordinate with loan operations to facilitate closings and ensure compliance with applicable laws while expanding Carrington's broker network.

The role demands strong sales performance, deep understanding of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency products, and the ability to manage a growing loan pipeline

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships in a lending context.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals with brokers and investors.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations and loan products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships and ensure a steady flow of loan applications and purchases.
• Advise on company programs, pricing, and submission policies; communicate policy changes.
