Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking an Account Executive to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships for NonQM and correspondent mortgage loan products. You will drive new business and ensure timely closings by coordinating with internal teams and processing partners.

You’ll train brokers on submission systems, advise on programs, pricing and policies, and manage a robust loan pipeline.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales performance developing broker/seller relationships
• Established ability to set and reach sales goals
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
• Experience selling NonQM mortgage products
• Knowledge of purchase transactions
• 1–5 years of wholesale/correspondent AE experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers/sellers
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure steady loan flow
• Advise brokers/sellers on company programs, pricing, and submission policies
• Update brokers on policy changes and procedures
• Assist brokers in loan submission and processing
• Train brokers on online systems for submissions, underwriting, rate sheets, and lock procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings and compliance
• Manage loan pipeline to meet departmental goals
• Provide high level customer service to brokers during loan processing
