Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking a dynamic wholesale and correspondent account executive to develop and maintain broker relationships, drive new business, and coordinate with loan operations to close wholesale and purchase correspondent loans.

You will train brokers on submission systems, stay compliant with regulations, and manage loan pipelines to meet departmental goals while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrable sales performance with broker/seller relationships.
• Ability to set and reach sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.
• Experience in mortgage sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and approve new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure loan applications flow.
• Advise on company programs, pricing, and submission policies.
• Train brokers on online loan submission systems and rate sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closings and compliance.
