Job summary

Carrington Wholesale is seeking a dynamic wholesale account executive to expand and manage broker/seller relationships and drive loan applications and purchases of wholesale and correspondent products.

You will coordinate with underwriting, processing, and funding teams to ensure timely closings, stay compliant with state and federal regulations, and achieve departmental sales goals in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales performance with broker/seller relationships.
• Proven ability to set and reach sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.
• Knowledge of purchase transactions.
• Knowledge of Carrington policies and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure a steady flow of loan applications and purchases.
• Advise brokers/sellers on programs, pricing, and submission policies.
• Assist brokers/sellers in the loan submission process and use of online systems.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure timely closings.
• Ensure compliance deadlines for disclosures and denial notices.
