Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending in Seattle seeks an experienced NonQM Account Executive to expand broker relationships and drive loan volume for wholesale and correspondent products. You will contact brokers, present company programs, and steer submissions through processing, underwriting, and closing to timely fund loans.

The role emphasizes compliance, proactive outreach, and strong customer service to grow our national broker network.

Qualifications

Proven ability to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships.
Proven ability to set and reach sales goals.
Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
Experience selling NonQM mortgage products.
Knowledge of purchase transactions.
1–5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and contact new mortgage brokers and sellers for approval.
Maintain broker/seller relationships and ensure steady loan applications and purchases.
Advise brokers/sellers on programs, pricing, and submission policies.
Inform brokers/sellers of policy or procedure changes.
Assist brokers/sellers in loan submission processes.
Train brokers/sellers on online systems for submissions and rate sheets.
Coordinate with processors, underwriting, and closing for timely closings.
Ensure compliance deadlines for disclosures and notices.
Manage CRM contacts and maintain confidentiality.
