Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking an accomplished sales professional to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships and drive wholesale and correspondent loan product business. The role emphasizes timely loan closings, compliance, and a strong customer service focus.

You’ll manage a pipeline, train partners on submissions and rate sheets, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the loan process. Competitive base pay plus a strong commission plan is offered.

Formación

• Demonstrated sales performance developing broker/seller relationships.
• Proven ability to set and reach sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products.
• Knowledge of Carrington policies, guidelines and underwriting requirements.
• Ability to learn Carrington processes and industry lending practices.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, contact and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships for steady loan applications and purchases.
• Advise on programmes, pricing and submission policies.
• Assist brokers in loan submission and use of online systems.
• Train brokers on submissions, rate sheets, underwriting, and lock procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closings.
• Ensure compliance deadlines for disclosures and approvals.
• Manage CRM contacts and keep customer data confidential.
• Provide high level customer service to brokers throughout the loan process.
