Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking a VIP Support Technician to deliver white-glove onsite technical support to executives in Lisle, IL. This full-time, fully onsite role operates Monday–Friday (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm CST) with a focus on ownership, urgency, and exceptional service.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in desktop/executive/VIP support, strong Windows expertise, and excellent communication. Remote options may be limited based on client needs, with comprehensive benefits and compensation information
Qualifications
- 5+ years of desktop/executive/VIP support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work with senior leaders and executives.
- Independent work style with cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove onsite technical support to executives and VIP users.
- Own incidents from initial contact to resolution.
- Proactively communicate status and updates to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and peripherals.
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
- Document activities and maintain service records.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
