Job summary
NTT DATA Services is seeking a VIP Support Technician for an onsite role in Lisle, IL. This position runs Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm CST, focusing on white-glove tech support for executive leadership and VIP end users.
You will own incidents from contact to resolution, troubleshooting across devices and software, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of desktop, executive, VIP, or end-user support experience.
- Strong experience with Windows enterprise desktop environments.
- Experience with hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with senior leaders and executives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove onsite support to executives and VIP users.
- Own incidents and requests through resolution with proactive updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and peripherals on site.
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, docking stations, and mobiles.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to expedite fixes.
- Maintain accurate service records of activities.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
