Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT end-user support experience (onsite and remote).
• Experience in a Windows operating system environment.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site end-user support for incidents and service requests at the client site.
• Troubleshoot, replace parts, perform system upgrades, deploy and repair desktops and notebooks.
• Manage shipping, receiving, tracking, and inventory of laptops, desktops, and peripherals with accurate asset records.
• Update and resolve tickets in a timely manner to meet service levels.
• Serve as backup for VIP support when primary technician is unavailable.
