Job summary

TechDigital Group in Missouri is seeking a team member to provide expert IT support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, delivering white glove service to VIP customers. You will act as location POC and collaborate with a team to ensure coverage with zero escalation.

Responsibilities include OS troubleshooting, device migrations, software deployments, ITSM incident handling, and on-site or remote desk-side support across events and conference rooms.

Qualifications

• Handle CXO-level customers with a white glove approach.
• Act as location point of contact for IT issues and coverage.
• Deliver on-site and remote IT support with zero escalation.
• Assist with device migrations, patching, and deployments.
• Provide end-user support for desktop applications.
• Manage conference room technology and walk-in support.

Responsibilities

• OS troubleshooting for Windows 10/11, macOS, and Apple devices (iOS/iPad).
• Device migration, patch management, and software deployments.
• End-user support for desktop client applications.
• Hardware installations and IMAC services.
• Asset lifecycle management and inventory tracking.
• MDM management via Intune and JAMF.
• ITSM incident and problem management using NexThink.
• On-site & remote IT support for remote sites.
• White glove support for VIPs.
• Walk-in support experience (e.g., Apple Genius Bar).
