Job summary

LaSalle Network in Rosemont, IL seeks an Executive IT Support Analyst to join a high-touch end-user support team. This role provides white-glove technical support to executives, VIP users, and other key stakeholders in a highly customer-focused environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and mobile devices while delivering professional service. This contract-to-hire position offers hybrid work and a pay rate of $47-$50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-user, desktop, or technical support in a professional environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with executives and business leaders.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and mobile devices.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite executive-level technical support for end users in a white-glove environment.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and account access issues.
• Support Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot user accounts in Azure/Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Provide technical support for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and discretion.
• Build strong relationships with users and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless support experience.
