Job summary

The role oversees daily office operations, onboarding, vendor relations, events, and board meetings, with a focus on a polished, organized environment and high-touch service for a wealthy-organization clientele.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in office management or corporate admin
• Strong HR, onboarding, event coordination, admin, high-touch service
• Excellent presentation and communication with executives and board
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Provide professional front-desk hospitality to staff, executives, donors, visitors and manage calls, inquiries, deliveries, and confidential information
• Oversee facilities, vendors, maintenance, supplies, and workplace improvements
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, offboarding, staff recognition, internal communications, and engagement initiatives
• Manage executive meetings, board meetings, events, and logistics (catering, conference rooms, Zoom/Teams)
• Maintain polished, organized office environment and prioritize administrative tasks
