Job summary

Balco, part of CSW Industrials, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales of architectural product lines across the Western half of the United States. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on selling, and technical support to ensure Balco solutions are specified and installed on projects from design through installation.

The successful candidate will manage direct and representative sales channels, drive profitable growth, and deliver compelling presentations to architects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading sales teams across multiple channels including direct sales and manufacturer reps.
• Ability to guide project-oriented specifications and engage architects and contractors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth across assigned territories and product lines.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales organization.
• Provide technical guidance and support to sales team and customers on Balco products.
• Develop competitive strategies to increase Balco specification rates and market share.
• Track and report on sales performance and market trends using CRM tools.
• Deliver sales and product knowledge presentations to stakeholders.
• Lead and support complex negotiations to secure profitable opportunities.
