Balco, Inc. seeks a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead architectural product sales across the Western half of the United States, driving growth from design through installation on complex projects.

You will coach a sales team and independent reps, develop competitive strategies, and engage architects, contractors, and distributors. Travel ~30% is expected; strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record building and leading sales teams in competitive markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executive presence.
• Experience with architectural/building products and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth across territories and product lines.
• Lead and coach a sales organization including direct employees and manufacturers' reps.
• Provide technical guidance to sales team and customers for Balco products.
• Develop competitive strategies to increase specification rates and market share.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports with CRM data.
