Job summary

Balco, a brand of CSW Industrials, Inc., is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales of architectural product lines across the Western half of the United States. You will manage direct sales and independent reps, guide product selection for projects, and influence bids from design through installation, with accountability for profitable growth.

The role requires strong leadership, technical product knowledge, and a strategic, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership.
• Experience leading teams in construction/building products preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building across architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth to meet or exceed budgets.
• Build, coach, and lead direct sales and manufacturer reps.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and sales team.
• Develop competitive strategies to increase Balco specification rates.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' products, pricing, and market dynamics.
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Deliver presentations to architects, contractors, and trade groups.
• Lead negotiations for strategic opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Service and Technical Services to ensure execution.
• Manage performance with coaching and development plans.
• Expand relationships with customers, contractors, and influencers.
• Ensure OSHA 10 safety compliance during jobsite visits.
