Job summary

Balco, a brand within CSW Industrials, Inc., is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales of architectural product lines across the Western United States. You will guide a mix of direct sales and manufacturer representatives, driving growth, strategic specification, and project execution from design through installation.

The role requires building teams, mentoring performance, and delivering results in a dynamic construction products market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Hands-on leadership of a sales team across multiple roles and levels.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Proven track record in competitive market growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales organization across the Western US.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth to meet or exceed budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and the sales team.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase Balco specification rates.
• Manage relationships with architects, contractors, distributors and other stakeholders.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Deliver product knowledge presentations to stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations to secure strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Technical Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
