Balco, a CSW Industrials Company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across the Western half of the United States. The role requires building a high-performing team, guiding strategic product selection, and driving profitable growth through design, bid, and installation phases.

You will manage direct sales and manufacturer reps, provide technical guidance on expansion joints, stair nosings, and photoluminescent egress systems, and develop competitive strategies with architects

Formación

• 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience building and leading sales teams in architectural/building products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong executive presence.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive results.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a high-performing sales organization across the Western US.
• Coach direct sales and manufacturer representatives with clear goals and accountability.
• Provide technical guidance on Balco products for submittals and specs.
• Develop competitive strategies to increase Balco specification rates.
• Track sales performance and report market trends using CRM tools.
• Deliver presentations to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Negotiate strategically to secure profitable opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Tech Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Grow relationships with customers, contractors, distributors, and design engineers.
