Job summary

RRC power solutions is seeking a highly motivated salesperson to drive regional growth across multiple states with a focus on direct business development. You will build relationships with decision makers, identify opportunities, and execute regional sales plans to hit revenue targets.

You will leverage Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships, track the sales pipeline, and support data-driven decisions. Willingness to travel within your region and to national trade shows is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or comparable qualification required.
• Proven success in a technical consultative sales role in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High motivation, curiosity, and willingness to travel within region.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive customer acquisition across multiple-state region with direct business focus.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecasts, and strategies to maximize growth.
• Manage funnel, maximize conversion rates, and hit revenue targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events; support global projects.
