Job summary

BTC POWER is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and business development across the East Coast. You will manage key accounts, develop new opportunities, and collaborate with channel partners to accelerate revenue growth.

You will frequently travel to customer sites, conferences, and partner meetings, representing the company and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role reports to the CRO and requires strong leadership and strategic focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related roles in EV infrastructure or similar industries.
• Experience with distributors/manufacturers’ representatives is strongly preferred.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed regional sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new and existing key accounts; build long-term relationships.
• Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities within the East Coast territory.
• Maintain pipeline growth and forecasting using CRM tools.
• Serve as primary contact for customers through full sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales goals.
• Support channel partners and distributors through funnel reviews.
