Factory Motor Parts seeks a Regional Battery Sales Manager to lead a high-energy sales team across the battery program. You will drive performance, train reps, and manage revenue across multiple trucks and warehouses.

The role requires strong leadership, automotive/battery industry knowledge, and a proven sales record with the ability to close top opportunities. Expect travel up to 50% and collaboration with merchandising and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field is required.
• 5–10 years proven sales experience with 2–5 years as regional leader is required.
• Established sales record with ability to grow a region and close top accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Battery Route Sales representatives and team members.
• Create, develop and manage battery program processes and training.
• Audit compliance and financial reporting for battery program revenues and returns.
• Partner with Merchandising and Sales to support battery initiatives and ROI.
• Develop training and transfer knowledge; communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Travel up to 50% to manage region and customer base.
