Job summary

RRC power solutions GmbH is seeking a highly motivated salesperson who loves to hunt for new business and grow a multi-state region. You will build relationships with key decision makers, qualify opportunities, and represent us at trade shows to identify new customers.

This role requires a consultative, technically informed approach, using Salesforce CRM to manage the pipeline and support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable qualification.
• Proven success in technical consultative B2B sales with potential long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High motivation and curiosity, with a constant desire to learn.
• Strong ability to analyze and understand customer challenges by asking questions.
• Willingness to travel within your region, national trade shows, and semi-annual meetings at Corporate Headquarters in Homburg, Germany.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive customer acquisition across the multi-state region.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans, forecasts, and strategies to maximize growth.
• Manage the sales funnel, maximize conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent RRC as an industry leader at trade shows, conferences and industry events.
