Job summary

RRC power solutions GmbH in Germany seeks a highly motivated salesperson to hunt for new business and grow a multi-state region. The role centers on Sales & Business Development, direct customer acquisition, and managing the sales funnel to hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or comparable qualification.
• Proven success in a technical consultative sales role in B2B.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of intrinsic motivation and curiosity, enabling continuous learning.
• Ability to visit customers on site and travel regionally and to HQ in Homburg, Germany.
• English/Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive customer acquisition across the assigned multi-state region with a direct business focus.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecasts and strategies to maximize growth.
• Manage the sales funnel, maximize conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent RRC at trade shows, conferences and events to identify new trends and customers.
• Support multi-state and global projects to achieve team objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customers’ decision makers and influencers.
