Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, life sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years in capital or diagnostic equipment sales in hospital, lab, or regenerative medicine settings.
• Experience with laboratory centrifuges or diagnostic instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities across the Western US including hospitals, labs, and regenerative medicine customers.
• Collaborate with distributors, provide training, and plan to improve channel effectiveness.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities; demonstrate products and apply value-based selling.
• Use CRM to track leads, forecast performance, and meet KPIs.
