This field-based role emphasizes building strategic relationships and expanding market coverage.

You will manage distributor partnerships, develop territory business plans, conduct product demonstrations, and forecast pipelines using CRM tools.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of hospital lab, IDN, reference lab, veterinary, and regenerative medicine sales processes.
• Familiarity with direct selling and distribution channel sales.
• Able to travel 50–70% across the Western US.
• Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Aufgaben

• Manage commercial activities across Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Colorado.
• Grow relationships with hospitals, reference labs, IDNs, veterinary clinics, regenerative medicine customers.
• Develop and execute territory business plans.
• Collaborate with distributor partners for joint field visits.
• Provide training, support, and planning to enhance channel effectiveness.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities within the assigned geography.
• Conduct product demonstrations and value-based selling for instrumentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and forecast pipeline.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
