Qualifications

• Understanding of hospital lab, IDN, reference lab, veterinary, and regenerative medicine sales processes.
• Familiarity with direct selling and distribution channel sales models.
• Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation skills.
• Based in the assigned Western region with ability to travel 50-70% across the region.
• Ability to present information to all levels of employees and outside parties.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities across Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Colorado.
• Maintain and grow relationships with hospitals, reference labs, IDNs, veterinary clinics, regenerative medicine customers.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with corporate sales goals.
• Collaborate with distributor partners for joint field visits, training, and co-selling efforts.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities within the assigned geography and conduct product demonstrations.
• Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track performance, and forecast pipeline.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
