Drucker Diagnostics, LLC is expanding its sales force in the Western United States, seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth among hospitals, labs, and regenerative medicine customers. This field-based role requires strong relationship-building and strategic planning across hospital labs, IDNs, and veterinary clients.

The role emphasizes field activity, distributor collaboration, and data-driven forecasting using HubSpot, with significant travel and a dynamic, mission-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital or diagnostic equipment sales (2–5 years).
• Based in Western states with 50–70% travel.
• Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation.
• Ability to present information to all levels of employees and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities across WA, OR, CA, NV, UT, AZ, and CO.
• Develop territory business plans aligned with corporate sales goals.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through joint field visits and co-selling efforts.
• Provide training, support, and planning to enhance channel effectiveness.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities within the assigned geography.
• Conduct product demonstrations and value-based selling for instrumentation.
• Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track performance, and forecast pipeline.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
