Qualifications

• Understanding of hospital lab, IDN, reference lab, veterinary, and regenerative medicine sales processes.
• Familiarity with direct selling and distribution channel sales models.
• Ability to travel 50-70% across the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales across Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Colorado.
• Grow relationships with hospitals, reference labs, IDNs, veterinary clinics, regenerative medicine customers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through joint field visits and co-selling efforts.
• Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track performance, and forecast the sales pipeline; meet KPIs.
