Job summary

Drucker Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the Western region of the United States. This field-based role will manage hospitals, reference labs, IDNs, veterinary clinics, and regenerative medicine customers, while partnering with distributors to expand coverage and meet revenue targets.

Based remotely from a home office in the Western states, you will travel 50-70% and use HubSpot/Salesforce to forecast pipelines, build territory plans, and demonstrate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, life sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of capital or diagnostic equipment sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling to hospitals, labs or regenerative medicine customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with sales goals.
• Manage relationships with hospitals, labs, IDNs and clinics in the Western US.
• Collaborate with distributors for co-selling and channel effectiveness.
• Use CRM to manage leads, forecast pipeline and hit KPIs.
