Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow assigned accounts across the West region, including AZ, CA, and NV.

You will work with the sales team to drive revenue, develop customer relationships, and meet quotas while representing our surface and siding solutions on-site with customers across the region. The role requires extensive travel (75%+), a strong sales background in building products, and the ability to prepare proposals, train customers, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years direct sales experience in building products.
• Sales management experience in dealer/distribution/two step channel.
• Problem solving and sales negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with sales planning, budgeting and T&E expense management.
• Heavy travel up to 75%+.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows established accounts.
• Serves existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts.
• Studies volume by market segment and plans territory sales.
• Conducts promotions and customer educational meetings.
• Provides lead generation and follow-through.
• Submits annual sales forecast and performs competitive analysis.
• Handles pricing changes within guidelines and travels to client sites.
