Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the West region, covering North Dakota and South Dakota. You will grow assigned accounts, present siding and surface solutions, and collaborate with the sales team to meet quotas.

The role requires heavy travel (75%+), strong negotiation, and solid building products knowledge. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a proven sales track is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years proven direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channel sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows established accounts
• Service existing accounts, secures orders, and opens new accounts
• Plans daily activities and travel to meet customers
• Present and tailor proposals; participate in trade shows
• Provide leadership and coaching to customers and internal teams
• Capture market insights and forecast sales performance
• Prepare weekly sales reports and territory analyses
• Manage pricing within established guidelines
• Travel up to 75%+ to cover territory
• Maintain customer profiles and territory records
