Cornerstone Building Brands in Arizona is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive profitable growth for the MBCI and Metal Sales Brands in the Phoenix market. Reporting to the West Regional Manager, you will lead account development with subcontractors, general contractors, and roofing professionals.

The role requires deep product knowledge across Cornerstone’s offerings, strong market analysis, and the ability to travel 50–60% to secure opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience.
• Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% (2–3 overnights per week).

Responsabilidades

• Sell to subcontractors, general contractors and roofing contractors.
• Develop and implement market plans with customer analysis, insights, growth opportunities and revenue goals.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands products in the market.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experience and operations.
