Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the West region, covering Arizona, California and Nevada. You will represent our surface and siding solutions, work with the sales team to meet quotas, and travel up to 75% to engage customers and trade shows.

Ideal candidates have a strong direct sales background in building products, solid negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to develop new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.

Qualifications

• 3 years proven direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry.
• Knowledge of building products industry and sales management in dealer/distribution channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with sales planning, budgeting and travel as needed.
• Proven problem solving and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows established accounts.
• Service existing accounts, obtain sales orders and establish new accounts.
• Study market segments to identify volume opportunities.
• Plan daily activities with a structured call frequency system.
• Lead or participate in customer trade shows and education meetings.
• Provide lead generation and follow-through.
• Recommend pricing changes within guidelines and monitor competitive trends.
• Submit annual sales forecasts and weekly reports.
