Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow accounts across the West region, focusing on Arizona, California, and Nevada. You will work with the sales team to drive revenue, develop customer relationships, and meet sales quotas.

The role involves extensive travel (up to 75% or more) and requires a background in building products sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Base salary ranges and benefits are offered for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 3 years proven direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry.
• Thorough knowledge of the building products industry and sales management experience in dealer, distribution, and/or two step channel of the business.
• Problem solving and sales negotiation skills a must.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Position requires heavy travel (75%+).

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows established accounts and service existing ones.
• Obtains sales orders, establishes new accounts, and conducts account development.
• Prepares proposals and executes sales strategies.
• Provides lead generation and follow-through; conducts customer training.
• Gathers market information and submits sales forecasts.
