Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Arizona market. You will drive profitable growth for the MBCI Commercial Roof & Wall segment, selling to subcontractors, general contractors and roofing pros.

The role reports to the West Regional Manager and requires 8+ years of sales experience in building materials or construction, with travel about 50–60% and a strong market-development mindset. Competitive base salary with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience.
• Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials.
• Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
• Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week).

Responsibilities

• Positioned within MBCI’s Commercial Roof & Wall segment, with direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors & roofing contractors.
• Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account.
• Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient.
• Ability to work with Operating Systems.
