Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned HPE SLED West Channel Manager to lead revenue growth across public sector accounts and partners in the Western US. You will build strategic plans, align incentives, and drive adoption of HPE solutions including GreenLake, AI, and Aruba Networking.

With 8–10+ years in channel sales and strong Salesforce forecasting discipline, you will influence executive stakeholders, recruit and enable strategic resellers, and ensure accurate pipeline management in a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8–10+ years of channel sales or supplier management.
5+ years supporting or selling HPE solutions across portfolio areas.
Proven public sector procurement and buying cycles knowledge.
Strong Salesforce.com and forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the HPE West SLED growth strategy, driving revenue, profitability, and market share across public sector accounts and partners.
Serve as Arrow's primary HPE SLED business leader for the Western region.
Develop strategic account and partner plans aligned with HPE priorities, incentives, and growth initiatives.
Drive adoption across HPE's portfolio, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Hybrid Cloud, GreenLake, AI, Security, and Services.
Build trusted relationships with HPE field leadership, partner managers, solution architects, and public sector sellers.
