Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a HPE SLED West Channel Manager to drive growth across public sector accounts and partners in the Western US. You will lead GTM initiatives, build strategic partner plans, and accelerate revenue with HPE portfolios and programs.

The role requires deep public sector procurement knowledge, a strong sales background, and a proven track record in channel leadership, with the flexibility to travel to Arrow offices as needed. Fully remote with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of channel sales, business development, or supplier management experience.
• 5+ years supporting or selling HPE solutions, with knowledge across multiple HPE portfolio areas.
• Proven success in the public sector ecosystem (State/Local Government, Education, Healthcare).
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement, contract vehicles, funding sources, and buying cycles.
• Experience building and executing partner growth strategies through distribution and indirect channels.
• Collaborating with executive leadership, sales teams, and strategic partners.
• Knowledge of HPE programs, partner ecosystem, channel incentives, and go-to-market motions.
• Experience with HPE GreenLake, Aruba Networking, Compute, Storage, AI, and Hybrid Cloud solutions preferred.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, business planning, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong Salesforce.com and forecasting discipline.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented leader in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the HPE West SLED growth strategy across public sector accounts and partners.
• Serve as Arrow's primary HPE SLED business leader for the Western region.
• Develop strategic account and partner plans aligned with HPE priorities.
• Drive adoption across HPE portfolio (Compute, Storage, Networking, Hybrid Cloud, AI, Security, Services).
• Build trusted relationships with HPE field leadership, partner managers, and solution architects.
• Identify, recruit, enable, and develop strategic reseller partners focused on SLED and Healthcare.
• Lead pipeline generation through partner business planning, campaigns, and market development initiatives.
• Collaborate with public sector, solution engineering, marketing, and contracts teams on comprehensive solutions.
• Provide competitive intelligence, procurement trends, and partner feedback to stakeholders.
• Influence large opportunities through deal strategy, positioning, and executive engagement.
• Drive partner participation in HPE programs, certifications, incentives, and enablement.
• Forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting.
