Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced HPE SLED Channel Manager for the East region to drive growth with public sector accounts and partners. You will lead strategic partner plans, expand HPE portfolio adoption, and collaborate with supplier teams to accelerate revenue in a fast-paced, global technology environment.

The role requires a strong sales background, extensive HPE portfolio knowledge, and proven ability to develop opportunities through channel ecosystems in public sector markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of channel sales, business development, or supplier management experience.
• 5+ years supporting or selling HPE solutions, with knowledge across multiple HPE portfolio areas.
• Proven success in the public sector ecosystem (State Government, Local Government, Education, Healthcare, or Cooperative Purchasing).
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement, contracts, funding sources, and buying cycles.
• Experience building and executing partner growth strategies through distribution and indirect sales channels.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership, sales teams, and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the HPE East SLED growth strategy across public sector accounts and partners.
• Serve as Arrow's primary HPE SLED business leader for the Eastern region.
• Develop strategic account and partner plans aligned with HPE priorities and growth initiatives.
• Drive adoption across HPE portfolio including Compute, Storage, Networking, Hybrid Cloud, GreenLake, AI, Security, and Services.
• Lead pipeline generation activities including partner business planning, campaigns, and executive briefings.
