Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced HPE SLED West Channel Manager to drive growth across public sector accounts and partners. You will lead the HPE SLED strategy for the Western region, building strategic account plans and driving demand for HPE solutions.

You will collaborate with suppliers, field leadership, and partners to accelerate revenue, profitability, and market share while ensuring compliant procurement practices and effective forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of channel sales, business development, or supplier management experience.
• 5+ years supporting or selling technology solutions in the public sector.
• Proven success in public sector procurement and contracts.
• Strong Salesforce.com and forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the HPE West SLED growth strategy across public sector accounts and partners.
• Serve as Arrow's primary HPE SLED business leader for the Western region.
• Develop strategic account and partner plans aligned with priorities and growth initiatives.
• Drive adoption across HPE portfolio including Compute, Storage, Networking, Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Security.
• Build trusted relationships with field leadership, partner managers, solution architects, and public sector sellers.
• Identify, recruit, enable, and develop strategic reseller partners focused on SLED and Healthcare.
• Lead pipeline generation including partner planning, campaigns, executive briefings, workshops, and market development.
• Collaborate with public sector, solution engineering, marketing, and contracts teams to address customer needs.
• Provide competitive intelligence, customer insights, and procurement trends to stakeholders.
• Influence and support large opportunities through the sales cycle, including deal strategy and executive engagement.
• Drive partner participation in programs, certifications, incentives, and enablement initiatives.
