Job summary

Philips is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Image-Guided Therapy Devices in the West Region. Lead sales performance and growth across territories, set success criteria, forecast and report on results, and manage budgets in line with company objectives.

You will develop annual regional plans, coordinate with business leaders, and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets while supporting long-term customer relationships and market positioning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in medical devices.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Willingness to travel to multiple states as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans, strategies and tactics for the West Region to strengthen Philips IGT-D competitive position.
• Coordinate with business leaders to set valid, realistic objectives aligned with company goals.
• Execute the sales plan to meet revenue targets and product pricing goals.
• Manage time in the field with sales teams and focus on strategic challenges and opportunities.
• Continuously improve sales knowledge and leadership skills to add value for customers and Philips IGT.
