Philips is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Image-Guided Therapy Devices - Peripheral across Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix. You will drive sales performance, forecast outcomes, and lead cross-territory initiatives to meet growth targets and customer needs.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, and collaboration with executives to implement effective strategies and coaching across the region. Travel up to 50% is required to support field activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 within the medical industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual sales plans and tactics for the region to enhance Philips IGT-D competitive position.
• Coordinate with business leaders to set realistic objectives aligned to company goals.
• Execute the sales plan to meet revenue and ASP targets.
• Manage field time with sales teams while addressing strategic challenges and opportunities.
• Continue to develop knowledge and leadership in sales management for Philips IGT.
