Job summary

Philips is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Image-Guided Therapy Devices - Peripheral (West Region). Based in the West, you will lead sales performance across territories, set success criteria, forecast, and manage budgets in support of company objectives.

You will develop annual sales plans for the region, coordinate with business leaders, execute plans to meet revenue and pricing targets, and coach field teams. Willingness to travel to NM, CO, UT, WY, MT, ND, SD, MN, WI is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ sales experience, with at least 5 within the medical industry.
• 2+ years’ supervisory experience.
• Strong track record of coaching and developing sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking.
