Job summary

Philips Regional Sales Manager, Image-Guided Therapy Devices - Peripheral (West Region) leads sales across multiple territories, driving growth and market share for IGT-D devices. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and coordinating with business leaders to meet objectives while traveling to designated states and managing a field team.

The role requires extensive sales experience, medical industry know-how, and strong leadership with a focus on strategic execution and customer

Qualifications

7+ years sales experience, with at least 5 within the medical industry.
2+ years supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
Excellent communication skills including ability to deliver strategy and motivate a team.
Travel to NY, NM, CO, UT, WY, MT, ND, SD, MN, WI as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics for the region.
Coordinate with business leaders to set valid, realistic objectives tied to goals.
Execute the sales plan to meet revenue and pricing targets.
Manage field time with sales staff and focus on strategic challenges.
Pursue ongoing personal knowledge and sales management growth.
