Job summary

The Coca-Cola United West region is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to translate regional priorities into territory execution plans. You will drive performance across all brands, manage budgets, and partner with bottlers to achieve volume, revenue, and share growth.

You will lead in-market execution, validate results with frontline teams, and implement corrective actions, while leveraging strong P&L acumen and strategic leadership in a dynamic franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Experience translating strategies into territory operating plans and corrective actions.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with P&L understanding.
• Ability to influence bottler leadership and cross-functional partners without direct authority.

• Drive performance across Coca-Cola United West with responsibility for multiple brands and packages.
• Translate regional priorities into territory execution plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead in-market cadence to validate results and implement corrective actions.
