The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations for Coca-Cola United West Region. This role translates region priorities into territory execution plans, leads bottler partnerships, and drives volume, revenue, and share growth across all brands and packages in the West Region.

The role requires strong P&L, negotiation, and leadership skills with extensive field-time and collaboration across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive performance across Coca-Cola portfolio within Coca-Cola United West Region with accountability for volume, revenue, transactions and share.
• Expand territory potential through SOVI, CDE, and execution of aligned category and commercial plans at outlet level.
• Strengthen operating partnership by aligning Region, Division, Sales Center, and frontline teams on priorities across customers, channels, brands, and packages.
• Lead Franchise Operations contribution to the United West business plan with territory execution plans and bottler commitments.
• Assess market potential differences and recommend priorities, resources, and interventions to Senior Director II.
• Participate in weekly/monthly performance routines and translate indicators into named actions and follow-through.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps with bottler teams and implement corrective actions.
• Manage discretionary budgets within approved authority and balance territory needs with returns.
• Lead deployment of aligned commercial strategies with cross-functional teams for operational readiness.
• Develop contingency plans with bottler partners to protect annual plan delivery and monitor milestones.
• Build execution capability through training, scorecards, routines, and adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate with Franchise Commercial leaders in planning process to integrate inputs into territory agenda with clear bottler commitments.
• Maintain regular in-market cadence to validate outlet execution, learn from customers and frontline employees, and bring market voice into plans.
