Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG org with sales, key accounts, franchise management or operations.
• Proven ability to translate strategies into territory operating plans and actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance across Coca-Cola United West with full portfolio coverage.
• Lead territory execution, budget management, and bottler partnerships.
• Align region priorities with commercial plans and initiate corrective actions.
• Participate in weekly/monthly performance routines and diagnose gaps.
• Develop contingency plans and drive execution with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain in-market cadence to validate outlet execution and learn from the market.
